Avast ye!

As if you didn't know, today is 'Talk Like a Pirate Day'! It's a real thing! *clicky* I really didn't make it up, honest! In fact this is the second year I've been celebrating it, yahhhr.

Ye be walkin' the plank if ye don't be talkin' like a scurvy ridden pirate, GAHR!

Aside from this wonderful day of celebration, I got back from holiday on sunday morning...at a time I didn't know existed until now (That makes me think about what else "they" aren't telling me) 2am....eeek!

I had a lovely time in Fuerteventura, lots of sand....everywhere. Pretty much a lazy holiday, lots of reading and playing my DS! Got in a round of crazy golf, which I love, and tried the most potent "Lizard Liquer" with 2 of the reptiles inside....quite strange, but a Chinese delicacy! And went on a 75ft catamaran which was fun, if not a little bit rough on the windiest day of our holiday! But we made it back, in time to go trundling off to work again for monday morning....fantastic.

Oh yes, and on friday I'm going to see The Pipettes at the Dome! YAY! Can't wait.
